  • RPR (Realtors Property Resource)RPR is an app created for Realtors by the National Association of Realtors. Only members of NAR have access to RPR.  RPR’s Residential Mode uses your location to search and analyze on and off market properties, schools, flood zones, valuations, mortgage and tax information, neighborhoods, demographics and market trends. This allows you to create customizable reports for any property directly from your cell phone. You can even send these reports to your clients with your branding on them!  RPR also has a Commercial Mode that can access legal descriptions, ownership data, transaction history, tax information and street/satellite views.  You can find out more about RPR at 
  • BombBombBombBomb helps you create simple videos that can be sent out to your clients through emails, text messages and social media. The videos don’t have to be downloaded and have no links or attachments. Just click to start playing. You can record yourself and/or your screen and the videos can be viewed on any device.  BombBomb provides live notifications of who watched your video and even shows how long people watched your video. 
  • CanvaCanva is an online graphic design tool that has millions of images, photo filters, icons, shapes and hundreds of fonts.  Canva provides templates for business cards, brochures, flyers, labels, logos and postcards. It’s easy to use and makes your materials look like they were professionally designed. 
  • BufferBuffer helps you manage your social media marketing.  You can easily schedule posts weeks in advance for all your social media accounts and Buffer will post them for you automatically, according to the posting schedule you set up.  You can also analyze the performance of your posts by tracking clicks, likes, shares, comments, retweets, etc. 
  • EvernoteEvernote is a great app to help you get organized. It provides a single place to save all your notes, ideas, lists and reminders and you can access them from any device. You can add attachments, voice record memos, scan documents and clip web pages. You can organize everything through the use of notebooks, tags and can even search through all your notes with Evernotes powerful search feature.
